FAQ
How is data counted on each route type?
Global Standard is unlimited; after the monthly high-speed allowance, speed is reduced — never cut off — and restored next cycle. China Optimized deducts actual upload and download usage from its monthly allowance. China Optimized already includes Global Standard, so choose one — there is no need to buy both.
When does my traffic reset?
Usage resets monthly from the current subscription’s activation date, not on the 1st of the calendar month. Global Standard restores its high-speed allowance; China Optimized also restores its optimized-route allowance. Traffic packs keep their own validity.
Which is used first — my plan allowance or a traffic pack?
Optimized routes use the allowance that resets or expires soonest, which helps reduce waste. Global Standard routes do not consume this data.
What happens when my plan expires? Is my account deleted?
Your account is kept indefinitely — renew any time to resume, and your subscription link stays the same, so there is no need to re-import it in your client. After expiry the subscription stops serving nodes, and unused plan allowance does not carry over.
Can I upgrade or switch plans mid-cycle?
You can upgrade Global Standard directly to China Optimized. Unused time is credited and you pay only the remaining-period difference. China Optimized already includes Global Standard, so you keep one plan, one renewal, and one client subscription URL.
How are devices and speed limited?
The device limit is the number of devices that may be online at the same time on one node; each node counts separately. New devices on that node are rejected after the limit is reached. Speed is a per-user ceiling on shared nodes; exceeding Global Standard’s high-speed allowance only reduces speed to the listed rate, never cuts service off, until the next cycle.
Do you keep logs of what I visit?
No. We do not log your connection source IP, the domains or URLs you visit, or your browsing content. Nodes report only the per-node aggregated traffic needed for billing. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Which payment methods are supported?
Secure Stripe Checkout supports cards and compatible wallets shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew for the selected period; change or upgrade on the Plans page and cancel future renewal in the billing portal. The conditional 14-day guarantee applies only to a first base-plan purchase made by card.
How do refunds work?
A user’s first base-plan card purchase may be fully refunded within 14 days: normal personal use of Global Standard has no traffic threshold, while China Optimized allows up to and including 20GB of cumulative billed usage. Upgrading does not restart the 14-day period; renewals and later purchases are excluded. See the Refund Policy for all conditions.
