Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Service provides network subscription management: importing subscriptions into supported clients, connecting to node routes, and viewing traffic usage. Routes, nodes, and capacity may change for operational reasons.

The Service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of any specific route, region, speed, or uninterrupted availability. We make reasonable efforts to keep it stable and handle confirmed, unresolved total route failure on ordinary consumer networks under the Refund Policy. Allowlist-only or closed enterprise, campus, government, and hotel networks, and controls imposed by third-party websites or accounts, are outside the compatibility guarantee.

“Unlimited Global Standard routes” means there is no hard traffic cut-off. After the displayed high-speed allowance is reached, service continues at the listed reduced speed and resets next cycle. China Optimized includes a separate monthly allowance for optimized routes across mainland China carriers.

2. Accounts

You register with a valid email and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password and subscription link private; a leaked subscription link can let others consume your traffic, and you can reset it anytime in settings.

The number of concurrent devices is limited by your plan. To protect capacity and fair use, we may restrict abnormal concurrency or abuse.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any activity that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or the destination, nor for attacks, intrusion, spam, mass scanning, or infringing the rights of others (including copyright infringement).

You may not resell, redistribute, or otherwise provide access to the Service to third parties; you may not share your account or subscription link with anyone other than yourself; and you may not use the Service to operate another network service for others or to resell bandwidth. These are prohibited unless we authorise it in writing.

P2P / BitTorrent is prohibited on all routes of the Service. Large-scale automated crawling, concurrent scanning, sustained full-speed pulling, and stress or bandwidth testing intended to consume capacity or deliberately maximise usage are also prohibited.

You may not circumvent plan limits in any way, including bypassing or interfering with the device limit, per-user speed cap, fair-use throttling, or route allowance; and you may not register or use multiple accounts, associated accounts, or payment instruments to exceed per-account limits, capacity, or the first-purchase refund guarantee.

Refund and payment abuse is prohibited, including repeat registration to farm refunds, refund arbitrage, and initiating a card chargeback without first contacting us via a support ticket; abusive chargebacks lead to account termination, and we reserve the right to recover the value of service already provided.

If we find such abuse or activity that endangers the Service or other users, we may immediately suspend or terminate the account with no refund of remaining time. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

4. Copyright and abuse handling

If you believe activity carried over the Service infringes your rights, contact us via a support ticket with enough detail to locate it (such as the node IP, timestamps, and evidence).

To be explicit: we do not log users’ connection source IPs or their destinations, so we are technically unable to attribute a complaint to an individual user. We act at the node or account level where the evidence permits, and we cooperate with our upstream providers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for repeated or serious abuse.

5. Payment, renewal, and refunds

Plan and traffic-pack prices are those shown at checkout and are settled through Stripe using cards or compatible wallets displayed there. Subscription plans auto-renew for the chosen period; upgrade or change plans on the Plans page and cancel future renewal in the billing portal.

A user’s first base-plan card purchase has a conditional 14-day refund guarantee: normal personal use of Global Standard has no traffic threshold, while China Optimized requires no more than 20GB of cumulative billed usage. Upgrading or switching plans does not restart the guarantee; annual and two-year plans are not prorated after it, and renewals or later purchases do not receive a new first-purchase guarantee. Residential IPs, non-card payments, non-delivery, traffic packs, and other exceptions are governed by the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use it. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid in the most recent billing period.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; for material changes we update the effective date on this page and give reasonable notice. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
