Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-17
We follow a principle of minimal data collection. This policy explains what we collect, what we do not, and how we use and protect it.
What we collect
Account data: your registration email, an encrypted password credential, and your account role and plan status.
Payment data: handled by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full card number; we keep only the order status and identifiers needed for reconciliation.
Usage data: per-node aggregated traffic counters used for billing and capacity planning. For anti-abuse, minimal registration-origin data may be retained for a limited time window.
What we do not collect
We do not log your connection source IP or your connection targets (the domains/URLs you visit), nor your browsing content.
Nodes follow minimal disclosure: they do not report user source IPs or destination detail to the control plane — only the aggregated traffic needed for billing.
How we use it
We use the above only to provide and maintain the Service, meter and bill usage, prevent abuse and protect security, and provide support you request.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties
Payments are processed by third-party providers whose handling of payment data is governed by their own privacy policies. We receive only the minimum needed to complete and reconcile orders.
Retention and security
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal/reconciliation needs, then delete or anonymize it. Sensitive credentials such as passwords are encrypted, and sensitive values are not repeatedly exposed in the interface or logs.
Your rights and contact
You can view and update your account data, reset your subscription link, or request account deletion. To exercise these rights or ask about privacy, contact us via a support ticket.
