Import your subscription into sing-box
Switch the client format to sing-box in the ZaoGuang dashboard and copy the link, create a Remote profile in sing-box with that URL, update, and enable it to connect.
Get your subscription link
- Sign in to ZaoGuang, open the dashboard, and set the client format to sing-box.
- Choose a routing mode (Smart routing is recommended).
- Click Copy to get the sing-box subscription link.
Import into sing-box
- Open the sing-box app and go to Profiles.
- Tap “New Profile” and choose type “Remote”.
- Paste the copied link into the URL field and save.
- Tap “Update” on the profile to pull nodes, then return and enable it.
- On iOS/Android, allow adding a VPN configuration on first connect.
Choose a route family
Global Standard advances fair use only. China Optimized deducts raw upload plus download traffic at 1:1 from its separate allowance. sing-box auto-selection may choose a metered route, so select the group or node that matches your use case.
Updating and troubleshooting
When routes change, tap “Update” on the profile. If a connection fails, update the profile and switch nodes first; if it still fails, open a support ticket with the client name, node name, and an error screenshot. No need to share your destination or personal IP.
FAQ
Can’t connect after import?
Tap “Update” on the profile, confirm VPN permission was granted, then try another available node.
Is the sing-box link the same as Clash?
No. Switch the client format to sing-box in the dashboard before copying — the format adapts automatically.
Why Remote instead of manual import?
A Remote profile can be updated with one tap to pull the latest nodes, so route changes need no re-import.
