Import your subscription into v2rayN
Switch the client format to v2rayN in the ZaoGuang dashboard and copy the link, add it under Subscription settings and “Update subscription”, then choose a system-proxy mode to connect.
Get your subscription link
- Sign in to ZaoGuang, open the dashboard, and set the client format to v2rayN.
- Click Copy to get the v2rayN subscription link.
Import into v2rayN
- Open v2rayN and go to the top menu “Subscription” → “Subscription settings”.
- Click “Add”, paste the link into the URL field, label it ZaoGuang, and save.
- Back on the main window, click “Subscription” → “Update subscription (without proxy)” to pull nodes.
- Double-click a node in the list to select it, then set the tray “System proxy” to “Auto-configure system proxy”.
Set the routing mode
v2rayN URI subscriptions do not carry routing rules, so choose one manually in the client: under “Routing”, pick “Bypass LAN and Mainland” (equivalent to smart routing) or “Global”. The former is recommended for daily use.
Choose Global or China-optimized routes
Global Standard routes only advance fair-use progress. China Optimized routes deduct raw upload plus download traffic at 1:1 from their independent allowance. After route changes, update the subscription again. If a connection fails, update and switch nodes first, then open a ticket with the client and node names and an error screenshot.
FAQ
No nodes after updating?
Make sure the link is the v2rayN format and copied in full; use “Update subscription (without proxy)” — don’t route the first import through a proxy.
Connected but pages won’t load?
Usually routing isn’t set. Under “Routing”, choose “Bypass LAN and Mainland”, or temporarily switch to “Global”.
How are the two products metered?
Global Standard has no per-GB deduction and only advances fair use. China Optimized deducts raw upload plus download traffic at 1:1 from its independent allowance.
