Import your subscription into Shadowrocket
Choose Shadowrocket in the ZaoGuang dashboard, copy the node subscription, add it as a Subscribe type, and configure routing rules in the client.
Get your subscription link
- Sign in to ZaoGuang, open the dashboard, and select Shadowrocket.
- Confirm the Experimental and client-managed routing notices, then copy the node subscription.
Add the subscription in Shadowrocket
- Open Shadowrocket and tap the “+” in the top right.
- Set “Type” to “Subscribe”.
- Paste the link into “URL” and tap “Done” in the top right.
- Pull to refresh on the home screen to update nodes; on first connect, allow adding a VPN configuration and trust it.
- Select a node in the list and turn on the connection switch at the top.
Choose Global or China-optimized routes
Global Standard routes only advance fair-use progress. China Optimized routes deduct raw upload plus download traffic at 1:1 from their independent allowance. This subscription carries nodes only, so maintain routing rules in Shadowrocket and keep Global Routing set to “Config”.
Updating and troubleshooting
When routes change, swipe or pull to “Update” the subscription. If a connection fails, update the subscription and switch nodes first; if it still fails, open a support ticket with the client name, node name, and an error screenshot. No need to share your destination or personal IP.
FAQ
No nodes after adding?
Pull to refresh on the home screen to update; confirm the link is complete and the account has an active plan.
Why is this marked Experimental?
Shadowrocket does not publish a stable full-config subscription contract. ZaoGuang supplies standard VLESS share links, while routing remains client-managed.
Connected but slow?
Update the subscription and switch to a lower-latency node. Prefer Global Standard for everyday traffic and China Optimized when you need mainland-network optimization.
